PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT

I hereby authorize the photographer listed below to photograph or video Kalista Miller. I give permission to the photographer listed below to utilize my image and likeness on social media pages, photographer portfolio and website ONLY. The photographer listed below is not prohibited to sell any of the images or likeness at any time unless specifically discussed with Kalista Miller. I understand that my image maybe edited, copied, exhibited and published. I have the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. Finally, both parties agree to the following:

Both the photographer and the model must be tagged in any posts
Photos MUST be fully edited
Model/Kalista should receive edited pictures (minimum 10) from photographer no later than two weeks after the shoot

COMPENSATION: $50 per hour + Travel Expense ($0.58 per mile AFTER the first 25 miles)

2 hour minimum and must be paid in full on the day of photo shoot.

Payment: Cash or Venmo @kalistakassidy

Both Parties are bound to the above agreement.
